I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 1975. After earning a BBA at Temple University I began my real estate career in Pennsylvania. Holding a Real Estate Broker’s License in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey I decided to continue my career in Avalon New Jersey in 1991.

Since 1991 I have been active in the Cape May County area specifically along the coast in the resort market. I have been fortunate enough to develop long productive real estate relationships with sellers, buyers, and property developers. Additionally I have handled the management of many property owners’ rentals.

My accomplishments include: Past President of the Cape May County Board of Realtors 2006, Past winner of the New Jersey Circle of Excellence Awards, ranked #1  Agent in New Jersey 2004 and 2005 in Commissions and Units Sold, ranked # 5 Agent in U.S. 2006 in Commissions, ranked # 10 Agent in the World in 2006 in Commissions. Additionally I enjoyed being asked to speak at  Real Estate Conventions in New Orleans and Kansas City. Previous Awards include: elected to the Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement Award, The 100% Club, Platinum Award, and the Chairman’s Club.

Alex’s family fell in love with Avalon over fifty years ago when the streets were sand, and the Avalon Hotel’s Bongo Room was in full swing. The culmination of Alex’s experiences growing up in Cape May County have produced an invaluable local knowledge, fortified by over a decade of experience in the local Hospitality and Tourism industries. With encouragement from family and friends, Alex joined The Powers Group with Keller Williams Jersey Shore in 2018.
